Government Women’s College, Lakhan Majra Celebrates Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated at Government Women’s College, Lakhan Majra, with great enthusiasm, pride and a spirit of patriotism. The programme was inaugurated by the Principal, Ms. Indu Sapra, by unfurling the National Flag.
On this occasion, all the college staff and NSS volunteers saluted the National Flag and participated in the National Anthem. During the ceremony, the students paid a heartfelt tribute to the sacrifice, dedication and patriotism of the freedom fighters through patriotic songs, dances and cultural performances.
The performances inspired everyone with a feeling of patriotism, national unity and integrity.
Principal Ms. Sapra extended Independence Day greetings to everyone and motivated the students to sincerely perform their duties towards the nation and become responsible and aware citizens. She said that it is our duty to protect the freedom achieved through the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and to actively contribute to nation-building.
