Tiranga Yatra Held with a Message of Nationalism, Unity and Brotherhood
On 14 August, a grand Tiranga Yatra was organized at Government Women’s College, Lakhan Majra, under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign of the National Service Scheme (NSS). NSS volunteers of the college, students of the Government Model Sanskriti School, and all the college staff enthusiastically participated in the event.
The Tiranga Yatra was jointly flagged off by Naib Tehsildar Pramod Mehra and the college Principal, Mrs. Indu Sapra, by waving the Indian national flag.
On this occasion, senior social workers Deepak Hooda and Ranbir Dhaka, along with local citizens, also participated enthusiastically and encouraged the students. The guests present conveyed to the students the message of respecting the National Flag and always remaining aware of national unity and integrity.
